Tailored exercise sessions to meet your individual health and fitness goals. Can be done outdoors, at the gym or in the comfort of your own home. Specialising in fat burning and body sculpting exercise programmes to get your younger, fitter and slimmer body back.

Types of exercise and training includes:
•  Pilates and core stability training
•  Circuits and HIIT training
•  Weight training and bodybuilding
•  Rehabilitation and mobility Prices start from 

   £30 per hourly session

The S Plan Small Group Training Sessions 

The S Plan small group training sessions are designed for people that want to share the experience and the journey of reaching their personalised weight loss, health and fitness goals together, so is ideal for couples, families and friends. This programme focuses on weekly group training and workshop sessions designed to motivate and inspire you to reach your goals as well as educate you about exercise, health and nutrition.
